Upon account closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to an active investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. nustar ph will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where the suspension was caused by the player's own breach of these Terms.
nustar ph provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
